Q: Do we offer free assessments?

A: Yes! Unless we break out tools or have to enter a difficult access area, we do offer free assessments for most services!

Q: Is our work all inclusive?

A. New Age Plumbing specializes in only plumbing. Any other services needed, i.e. flooring, sheetrock, concrete, excavation, etc. will either be contracted out through NAP or it will be advised to the homeowner the need to find a separate contractor for necessary services.

Q. Do you require payment up front for a service?

A. Only under certain circumstances will we ever request payment or partial payment up front. Generally speaking, all payment is due upon services rendered.

Q. Do you offer payment plans?

A. At this time the only alternate option for payment is through the financing options with WiseTack.

Q. If I am wanting multiple services completed at once, do you offer any type of discount?

A. In short, yes. In most situations multi-discounts are offered, if customer is wanting to complete multiple things at once.
